How Static Eliminator Brush works :
1. Self discharge: Static eliminator brush does not contact the charged materials. By using the difference in electrical potential, the static eliminator brush can produce positive or negative ions, neutralizing the static electricity.
2. Contact discharge: By making the Static eliminator brush come in direct contact with the electrically charged material, static electricity can be quickly neutralized.



Distance from roll(mm)
The picture above shows static electricity produced after an NL film passes through a roll (unit in volts). The Faster the movement the higher the charge. Experiment shows that 40~80 mm is the best position to install the brush.

Brush installation angle
Brush installation angle may also affect the effectiveness of the brush. (Reference to the figure above)
