The microfiber cloth is produced through a unique spinning and manufacturing technology where endless bicomponent filaments are rotated and evenly laid on a textile conveyor belt, then split into microfibers and entangled simultaneously by high-pressure water jets to form the final fabric, with no chemical solvents or adhesives used in the process.
The microfiber cloth is composed of unique long-fiber microfibers that are 5 to 10 times finer than other microfibers. It is resistant to pilling and shedding, offering a soft texture with excellent breathability. The fabric has a cotton-like feel, a good drape, and high strength. Due to its isotropic nature, it is less prone to wrinkling. It complies with the EU Food Contact Standards 2002/72/EC and has not undergone any chemical coating treatment, making it a healthy and environmentally friendly choice.

▶Dust particles are absorbed by the circular segment structure of the microfiber, whereas they are merely dispersed by regular fibers.

▶After multiple uses, microfiber cloth produces less lint and pilling compared to regular fiber cloth.

Usage

 

This product is a thin pad that attaches directly to the pillow, offering effective waterproof and stain-resistant protection for the contact surface. It is designed to be used in combination with a regular pillowcase. Replacement should be considered based on actual usage conditions and the extent of soiling.
