MP512 Cleanroom Wipes is manufactured using materials made by DuPont. The manufacturing process involves the use of the unique hydroentanglement bonding process; the fabric is continuously flushed and entangled using high-pressured water. The fabric is filtrated with water, ridding of all particles and contaminants. The end result is a super clean fabric with high water absorption level, high cleaning efficiency. These high level cleanroom wipes are disposable, and widely used in the semiconductor cleanrooms. No bonding additives, chemical substances or adhesives are used during the manufacturing process.

Usage
Use a cleaning brush to remove surface particles first, then use MP512 Cleanroom Wipes to wipe your intended surface. when wiping, use the anti-static agent or professional cleaner that came with the product while wiping will produce better results. To prevent contamination, remember to cover the lid of the wipes after usage.
1. Use a brush or a dust blower to rid the surface of any particles that may scratch the surface when wiping.
2. Put a few drops of antistatic agent on the wipe. (Do not put the antistatic agent directly on the lens as it may seep in)
3. Use the wipes to clean the lens in a circular motion. Starting from the inside, gradually work your way out.
4. Use the dry part of the wipe to clean the surface again to make sure that no antistatic agent remain on the surface
1.Directly give few drops (depending on the area) of antistatic liquid on the surface of product.
2.Fold the lint-free wipe into ~1/3, carefully clean the surface and make sure stain & dirty are completely removed.
3.Use the remaining 1/3 part of wipe to clean the surface again and make sure all antistatic agent is removed.
4.The product surface is clean & shiny again.

Although the fabric itself does not scratch the surface of the object, the particles that the wipe pick up during usage could potential scratch your object. Therefore do notreuse the wipesto avoidsurfacescratches.
